Career

Sophie provides pragmatic and business-orientated advice on administrative and constitutional law in general. Sophie focuses mainly on civil service law (including public pensions), public finance law, restructuring of public bodies, and division of powers within the Belgian federal state. She also drafts administrative decisions and legislative and regulatory texts. Sophie represents clients before national courts, the Council of State, and the Constitutional Court concerning administrative law matters.
