Position

Daphne specializes in commercial litigation, combining her expertise on complex cases with clear pragmatism. She handles a variety of matters such as corporate fraud, contractual and tort disputes, matters of enforcement and execution of claims. Daphne is experienced in civil attachment law and regularly advises international clients on the execution of foreign judgments in the Netherlands. In addition, she represents financial institutions in proceedings regarding financial disputes.

Daphne has a master’s in International Business Law (2009) from Tilburg University and a master’s in Civil and Company Law (2010) from the University of Nijmegen. She attended the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD (2017).

In addition, Daphne is a member of the Dutch Association for Civil Law and the Dutch Association of Procedural Law.
