Michael Lagler mainly focuses on corporate real estate and m&a driven property transactions for Austrian and international clients in Austria and CEE. Michael regularly handles all aspects of commercial real estate deals, including the acquisition and development of office, leisure, hotel, retail property and nursing homes. Since 2009 Michael has had a strong focus on distressed transactions including fire sales of commercial properties.
