Team head Peter Madl routinely acts in the transactional sphere, advising international investors and investment funds on the acquisition of project developments and redevelopments, while also providing assistance with various construction contracts, construction litigation and matters at the intersection with real estate. Constantin Benes, who focuses on contentious and non-contentious construction matters pertaining to industrial units as well as on the development of housing and office projects, was made partner in 2020.
