Anni Noes Westergaard is a certified IT attorney and specialises in public procurement law and contract law, and she advises both private businesses and public authorities on procurement of all types of IT services. Anni also specialises in data protection law where she focuses in particular on data protection law in an IT law and contract law context.
Anni is very experienced in managing large strategic digitalisation projects where law and strategy go hand in hand. In that connection she has assisted with large transformation projects where both the legal and strategic foundation for the use and development of IT are innovative and modernised. Anni provides assistance during all phases of the procurement process, including strategic procurement planning, drafting tender documents, drafting all types of IT contracts and assists with the contact and negotiations with providers. Anni also assists with dispute resolution as she represents private businesses and public authorities before the ordinary Danish courts and before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud). In connection with her specialist area Anni has obtained a number of relevant certifications, and she is certified in Agile Project Management, Prince2, ITIL, and most recently the framework SAFe. In 2015, she was selected as one of Denmark's biggest business talents by Berlingske Business. Since 2017, Anni has been named a Next Generation Lawyer in information technology by the rating agency Legal500.
