An experienced litigator, Sylvina is equally adept in handling in-court proceedings and out-of-court agreements. Over the years, she has led to a successful outcome a considerable number of commercial and real estate lawsuits. Among her achievements are winning a revindication lawsuit before the Supreme Court of Cassation on important legal matter for the correct application and development of the law and winning on behalf of an Israeli client a complex real estate lawsuit on a revindication claim concerning a building in the heart of Sofia.

She is specialized in the process of real estate investments, including legal analysis and due diligence of the legal status of real estates, negotiations, acquisition, renting or sale of the property, and litigation.

Sylvina is also experienced in the healthcare sector, providing legal assistance to medical institutions on high-profile and complex matters, covering corporate and commercial, regulatory, public procurement, employment, and governance issues.

She stands out with her unmatched experience in advising with regard to acquisition of Bulgarian citizenship and residence status of foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria, with a particular focus on investment immigration. She has been a speaker at the Global Migration & Wealth Mobility MENA immigration conference in the Middle East.
