Position

Morten Hans Jakobsen’s practice concentrates on the handling of distressed companies and on advising the transport sector with special focus on aviation, aircraft financing and ship financing but also financing in general. Morten’s insolvency practice is particularly centered around restructuring but also includes all other aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency law. As regards transport, Morten renders advice to airline companies and the large shipping companies, but his practice also extends to rendering assistance and advice in relation to leasing, purchase/sale, regulatory issues, passenger rights, accidents, maintenance, registration, arrest, repossession and insurance matters.
