His main cases concern equity litigation and conflicts between partners or with strategic service providers.
He also advises decision-makers on the sale of their company or all or part of their shareholding in their own company or other equity, as well as on the reinvestment of the sale price.

Career

Rudy Lentini was admitted to the Paris bar in 2009. After working as a corporate lawyer, in particular at DPD France (GeoPost Group), he joined the Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent firm in 2012.
