Philippe Ginestié is the founder of the firm. He is specialize in the management of strategic issues of governance and shareholding, complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financial litigation, stock market and regulatory AMF.

He has extensive experience in the fields of and complex transactions where legal, fiscal and financial considerations need to be integrated. He has developed a particular expertise in the legal organization of relations between the control of power in groups.

He directs the firm’s operations in Hong Kong.

Career

Director of the Alpha Omega Foundation, he also supports non-profit organizations.

Specialist in artificial intelligence applied to contracts, he founded in June 2017 the company Gino LegalTech, specializing in contract robotization. Gino LegalTech inherits 10 years of work from Ginerativ, which brought the first generation of contract robots.
