Specialist in complex legal structuring operations, François Devedjian works, in particular, with companies, investment funds or managers during all types of equity transactions. Creative and responsive, he has made a specialty of sophisticated capital organizations capable of meeting the needs and expectations of his customers.

He is involved in operations on listed as well as unlisted companies: mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, restructuring, LBO, industrial disposals, acquisitions of holdings, joint ventures, agreements between shareholders, public offers, capital market.

He regularly advises large industrial groups, fast-growing innovative companies or investment funds, both in their daily lives and only during specific operations.

François began his career with Veil Jourde and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before joining Mayer Brown, where he became a partner in 2008.

He has been a partner in Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent since 2010 and was appointed Chairman of the firm’s Board of Directors in 2019.
