Career

Prior to joining Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent as a partner, Emmanuel Schulte was a partner at Bersay & Associés for 14 years in charge of the Competition / Economic and IT Law teams. He was previously a partner at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.

Emmanuel started his activity in 1990 in Brussels, within the Antitrust and EU law team of Jeantet Associés (Alliance of European Lawyers). He was then seconded to the Hungarian State Property Agency in charge of privatisations in Budapest (APVRt), before joining the Antitrust and EU law team of Moquet Borde & Associés (now Paul Hastings).
