Kim has over 20 years’ experience of delivering strategic solutions in the field of employment. Kim is an Employment Law Consultant at Geldards and is renowned for her strategic approach to complex employment issues, and for designing innovative solutions to a variety of key challenges.

Her work includes all aspects of Employment and Discrimination law and she is known for her unique understanding of cross public sector issues, including schools.
