Career
Emma is a partner practising in CKT’s conveyancing team. Her work is predominately in the area of residential conveyancing in which she acts on behalf of both purchasers and vendors. She has advised and acted for developers in relation to the sale of residential developments. She advises on voluntary transfers of property between family members.
Emma also specialises in the area of Probate, regularly drafting wills and providing practical advice on legal and financial issues. She deals with the administration of both testate and intestate estates. She also advises in the preparation and execution of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Emma has vast experience in the area of licensing and advises on the licensing aspect to all commercial transactions involving the purchase or sale of hotels and licensed premises. Emma attends the District Courts as an advocate in Court applications for Ad interim transfers, Annual Licensing and monthly Special Exemptions orders on behalf of CKT’s clients.
