Barry trained with CKT in both our Dublin and Cork offices and now practises in the firm’s Litigation and Healthcare departments.
Barry has experience in advising clients in litigation matters over a wide variety of areas with a particular interest in healthcare law and has advised insurance companies, hospital management and clinicians in a number of high value and complex cases.
Barry advises clients on practical and efficient resolution of claims.
Barry has considerable advocacy skills in the Courts and regularly attends Courts of all levels on behalf of Plaintiffs and Defendants.
Barry also has significant experience in proseucting on behalf of State Agencies.
