Position

Christian Wyss is Partner and head of VISCHER’s Corporate & Commercial team. Christian advises clients mainly from the Life Sciences and Information Technology industries on all contractual requirements in their core business. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating license agreements, research, development or marketing co-operations, clinical trial agreements, contract manufacturing agreements and distribution agreements. Christian also regularly works with clients in financing rounds, acquisitions, or joint ventures, and assists with implementing compliance with the Swiss data protection laws.

Career

Christian was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2002. He joined VISCHER as an Associate in 2005 and has been elected Partner in 2015. Before joining VISCHER, he worked as a law clerk at the Basel-Land Criminal Court and as a legal intern with a corporate law firm in Basel and the Basel-Land Criminal Court.
