Position

Patrizia advises Italian and international clients on the analysis, structuring and execution of complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions in the private equity, digital economy, fashion, design and real estate sectors. Patrizia has market-leading experience in mergers, de-mergers, reorganisations and disposals of large businesses, as well as leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs, and venture capital-driven transactions. Patrizia also specialises in real estate M&A and development projects in the retail, office, logistics and hotel spaces, and in the formation of real estate investment funds and investment companies with fixed capital (SICAF).
