Yolanda is an associate with the Firm and a member of the Corporate and M&A team.
She advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues including drafting corporate minutes, contracts and legal opinions on various matters. Yolanda assists clients in the course of their day-to-day business and is experienced in due diligence exercises in the context of M&A transactions and privatisations.
Prior to joining the Firm, Yolanda worked as a trainee at the European Space Agency in Paris and at SES Networks company in Luxembourg.

Yolanda is admitted to the Athens Bar (2019) and the Court of Appeals (2023).

Education
Yolanda holds a Degree in Law from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and attended courses at the McGill University of Canada in Air & Space law. She is currently obtaining an MA in European Criminal Law & Policy from Panteion University. Yolanda holds a Certificate in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva.
