Peter Lind Nielsen handles all types of technology contracts within development, procurement and implementation, outsourcing, hosting, cloud computing and automation projects, etc. Peter also advises on the legal aspects of procurement, development and implementation of new technology, e.g. robots and AI.

For 20+ years Peter has advised both customers and suppliers. He is particularly experienced in EU tender contracts and versed in contract drafting, negotiation and resolution of disputes related to IT projects.

Peter is a certified IT lawyer and a popular speaker and lecturer. He is an expert at contract management and is responsible for Bech-Bruun’s IT Contract Manager programme.
