Simon Milthers is an M&A expert.

Simon is a popular adviser, which clients attribute to his high professionalism, great dedication and pleasant attitude.

Simon is considered a highly experienced expert in M&A, company law and mergers and acquisitions, and he has conducted some of the largest and most discussed business transactions in Denmark, emphasising Total’s purchase of Mærsk Olie og Gas A/S and the sale of Dansk Supermarked.

Simon has advised on many different types of transactions, and since 2009 he has assisted in a great number of transactions in the energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors, thus acquiring in-depth experience with the complex regulation that characterises this industry.

In addition to rendering advice on general company law matters, Simon advises on chairmanships, shareholders’ agreements, venture investments, reorganisations, matters of boards of directors and executive boards as well as contract law.
