Anne Bergholt Sommer specialises in procurement law.

Since 2017 when Anne was admitted as partner of Bech-Bruun, she has been a key figure in the improvement of Bech-Bruun’s legal advisory services within procurement law. She is one of Denmark’s leading experts in procurement and contract law and advises public authorities and private enterprises on all such aspects.

She renders advice to large Danish and non-Danish enterprises on participation in tender procedures, drafting of tenders, tender optimisation, tender cooperation strategies, quality assurance of tenders, etc., and to public authorities on all practical as well as strategic and legal aspects of tender procedures, including the duty to tender, selection of tender strategy, drafting of tender documents and contracts as well as conducting tender procedures.

Anne specialises primarily in the areas of defence and security as well as IT procurement and has extensive experience in the complex processes of those areas as well as matters relating to tender procedures and contracts.

She is also highly experienced in conducting legal proceedings concerning procurement law disputes on behalf of our clients before the Danish courts and the Complaints Board for Public Procurement.
