Jørgen Hauschildt specialises in insolvency.

Jørgen is highly specialised in all aspects of insolvency law. His long-term experience has resulted in particular knowledge of restructuring, credit arrangements, composition, bankruptcy proceedings, company charges and creditor representation.

Jørgen’s focused and direct manner makes him a sought-after trustee in bankruptcy, and he has acted as the trustee/restructuring administrator of more than 2000 bankruptcy estates and restructuring proceedings, involving both Danish and non-Danish activities.

The international focus is also in play when Jørgen performs as a member of Bech-Bruun’s Cross-Border Insolvency Shipping Team. He has, for example, rendered advice to shipowners on Danish restructuring rules and their interaction with non-Danish legal systems in connection with restructurings in Denmark and abroad.

Jørgen has received international recognition in this respect.

Jørgen has been appointed permanent trustee/liquidator by the Bankruptcy Court of Aarhus.
