Michael Trippel’s main areas of focus are capital markets, M&A, private equity and joint ventures. He regularly advises issuers and underwriters in capital market transaction such as rights and convertible bond issues and has a broad experience in advising national and international companies on listing as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Michael Trippel works in both our Zurich and Zug offices.
