Orlanda Niquice is a Senior Associate at TTA, focusing on tax matters. With over 23 years of professional background, she is highly skilled in tax consultancy and commercial and labour legal assistance. She has been working with private clients, national and foreign, in the mining, Oil & Gas, Retail, Real Estate and Construction sectors, among others.

Orlanda’s legal experience involves cross-border operations and projects, M&A, national and international investment structuring, tax due diligence, tax controversy and litigation. She is a top expert in interpreting and applying Double Tax Treaties, individual income tax, corporate income tax, value-added tax, and other indirect taxes.

Before joining TTA, Orlanda was a Tax and Legal Senior Manager at PwC in Maputo.
