Career

Dr. Jan van Dyk studied law in Kiel, Lyon (F) and Surrey (GB). After receiving his doctorate, he joined our company in 1996. For almost two years, he worked as an in-house lawyer for a medium-sized construction company in Lower Saxony, before becoming a partner at our firm In 1999. As a specialist lawyer in Construction Law and Law for Architects, a specialist lawyer for Administrative Law as well as a specialist lawyer for Procurement Law, Dr. van Dyk advises our clients nationwide; both in private as well as in public Construction and Procurement Law. Additionally, he is a qualified mediator and listed in the joint list of ADR experts of the „Deutsche Gesellschaft für Baurecht e.V.“ and the „Deutschen Beton- und Bautechnik Vereins e.V.“ as adjudicator and arbitrator.
