Career

Christian Darge studied Law in Bremen. He has been working for our law firm since 2001 and became a partner in 2005. As a bar-certified specialist for Labour Law, he advises employers not only in Individual Employment Law, but also represents them in issues relating to the settlement of interests and social plan negotiations, collective agreement negotiations or in front of arbitration committees. Mr. Darge is also a specialist lawyer in Insolvency Law. As such, restructuring consulting is his main focus. Furthermore, he represents board members and managing directors in the defence of claims for liability as well as creditors in the defence of claims of contestation, and he also supports them in creditor meetings and the creditors’ committee. Mr Darge also carries out the legal representation of insolvency administrators and is an active consultant for various event organisers in these areas. In addition, he represents our clients in real estate law. Since 2009, Mr. Darge has been a notary at the firm.
