Emma Martin is Of Counsel in the Insurance Unit of A&L Goodbody’s Corporate Department. Her experience covers a wide range of aspects of insurance and reinsurance law and regulation.  These include the set up and authorisation of insurers, reinsurers and insurance intermediaries, ongoing regulation, provision of cross-border services and the full spectrum of advisory and transactional issues including sale/purchase/transfer of insurance companies/businesses and restructurings.  Recently Emma has advised on a large number of Brexit projects involving both insurers and intermediaries.
