Position

Mark Rasdale is a partner in A&L Goodbody’s Commercial & Technology Group. Mark is also a member of our India Group. His practice covers a wide range of technology and IP focussed commercial transactions and data protection law. Mark has particular experience in technology development, procurement and licensing deals, including managed services, systems integration, data centre services and technology and business process outsourcing. He is also involved in strategic legal due diligence and transitional services arrangements in relation to corporate acquisitions, disposals and restructurings. Mark’s experience includes acting for international technology and consulting service providers, both in private practice and as an in-house lawyer, in Ireland, and in London where he practised for a number of years.
