Themistoklis, a seasoned counsel and business consultant, with deep and extensive international experience in compliance and regulatory affairs.  serves as the co-head of the highly regarded Telecommunications, Media, and Technology practice of Andersen Legal, enjoying a top-tier and Hall of Fame ranking by Legal 500. Paraskevas Zourntos, partner, head of employment, Andersen Legal in Greece

Paraskevas is a disputes specialist with a litigation and alternative dispute resolution background across industries such as shipping, Telecommunications, Media & Technology and sports. Specializing in contentious employment matters, he has successfully navigated clients through a variety of proceedings, including unfair dismissal cases, class actions and occupational fatalities. His expertise extends to negotiating severance agreements for managing directors and board members.

Konstantinos Papachristopoulos, organisational psychologist (Ph.d, CPsychol BPS), CoCreate

Κonstantinos Papachristopoulos (Ph.d, CPsychol BPS)  is an organizational psychologist, systemic psychotherapist and Coordinator of the Hellenic Psychological Society Section of Work and Organizational  Psychology. He is a Marie Curie Fellow and researches rewards, well-being and creativity in organizations. He is an Adjunct Professor in AUEB and he has more than 15 years of teaching experience in universities and coaching services in organizations.

Mrs. Lilian Labropoulou serves as the Senior Director of People and Culture at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where she effectively manages a large workforce, optimizes recruitment cycles, and fosters a culture of excellence and care.
