Busse Dispute Roundtable 2026

On 9 September, Legal 500 had the pleasure of collaborating with Busse Disputes to host a GC Roundtable at their office in Frankfurt.

In an intimate and confidential setting, General Counsel and representatives from leading legal departments came together to share perspectives, experiences and practical insights on some of the challenges facing today’s in-house legal teams.

At the heart of the discussion was a challenge that legal departments navigate every day: how to identify and assess risks effectively, and make the right decisions at the right time.

The conversation was both thought-provoking and highly engaging, exploring current challenges at the intersection of document disclosure, M&A and dispute resolution. The confidential format encouraged an open and candid exchange, creating space for different perspectives, real-world experiences and practical approaches to navigating complex issues.

After an insightful afternoon of discussion, we continued the conversation over great food and drinks, enjoying the beautiful weather and taking in the stunning Frankfurt skyline.
