Hanne Marthine Frederiksen, partner, Poul Schmith
Hanne Marthine primarily deals with corporate law, foundation law and compliance. In this context, she advises businesses and public authorities, including in connection with corporate restructurings. Hanne Marthine has considerable experience with the special issues that arise when businesses and public authorities want to establish themselves or carry out tasks in a new way or in a different way than before. Hanne Marthine emphasizes finding sustainable solutions that fit with the authority’s/company’s business, organization and objectives. She also advises on legal investigations and the whistleblower area. In this context, Hanne Marthine advises on how to organize a process that ensures that there is a thorough investigation of matters that results in a report/assessment that can be implemented in the company/authority.
Morten Lintrup, partner, Rud Petersen
Morten is a partner at Rud Pedersen and has over 25 years of experience in strategic communications consulting across various industries. He is an experienced advisor with a passion for developing sharp communication strategies, particularly in areas that attract significant public and political attention.
Morten also has extensive experience in crisis communication and has helped numerous companies and organizations navigate safely through the eye of the storm. He has held several senior roles in the agency sector throughout his career. In 2016, he co-founded a communications and sister agency to Rud Pedersen, which quickly grew to 20 employees and established a strong position in strategic communications consulting. Morten is known for his strategic mindset and his ability to create solutions that align clients’ business objectives with complex stakeholder landscapes and political agendas.
Morten holds a degree in Communication from Roskilde University.
