Carlos focuses on intellectual and industrial property, specialising in trademarks, patents, licenses, and litigation related to intellectual property protection. His expertise includes comprehensive advice in the production of films and series in Chile, spanning from rights acquisition to the exploitation of audiovisual works.

Daniel Álvarez Valenzuela, Director of the National Cybersecurity Agency and Chair of the Interministerial Committee on Cybersecurity, Agencia Nacional de Ciberseguridad (ANCI)
Daniel Álvarez Valenzuela is the Director of the National Cybersecurity Agency and Chair of the Interministerial Committee on Cybersecurity, both part of the Government of Chile. He is an academic at the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile, where he has led the Centre for Studies in Law, Technology and Society, and served as Editor of the Chilean Journal of Law and Technology. He has also been a lecturer at the National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies of the Ministry of National Defence.
He holds a Doctorate in Law, a Master’s degree in Public Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal and Social Sciences, all from the University of Chile. He previously served as Executive Secretary of the Interministerial Committee on Cybersecurity and as Cybersecurity and Cyberdefence Adviser to the Chilean government. In these roles, he was responsible for the development and implementation of Law 21.663 – the Cybersecurity Framework Law, the National Cybersecurity Policy 2017–2022, and the Cyberdefence Policy 2018–2022, all adopted by the Chilean state.
Alessandra Del Debbio, legal director LATAM, Microsoft
Alessandra Del Debbio is the assistant general counsel for Microsoft Latin America, based in São Paulo, Brazil. She is responsible for legal, corporate, government, and citizenship in Latin America and the Caribbean regions, supporting Microsoft business in 46 countries.
Alessandra first joined Microsoft in 2002 as legal manager for Microsoft Brazil and since 2014 as legal and corporate affairs vice president responsible for supporting and coordinating the legal, corporate affairs, corporate responsibility, and digital integrity in Microsoft Brazil.
Before joining Microsoft, Alessandra worked at Nokia as legal and compliance director for Latin America and at Promon as the legal manager for Brazil.
Alessandra holds a Law Degree from the University of Sao Paulo with a specialisation in Corporate, Digital & Tax Law.
In addition to her work at Microsoft, Alessandra is one of the co-founders of Juridico de Saias (Legal in Skirts), a group of women lawyers who work in companies, associations, and non-profit entities to promote the professional development of women in the legal career. She is also an advisor at WILL (Women in Leadership in Latin America) and a mentor at EBWL (Empower Black Women in Leadership).
Lizzy Seaman, legal counsel at the legal and legislative division, Ministerio Secretaría General de la Presidencia
Lizzy Seaman holds a law degree from the University of Chile and a Master of Laws from New York University. She is an adjunct lecturer at the Universidad Estatal de O’Higgins and teaches Administrative Law at the Universidad Diego Portales.
She has worked in various public institutions, including the State Defence Council and the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office. She currently serves as a lawyer in the Legal and Legislative Division of the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency, where she was involved in the legislative process of the new Data Protection Act.
Enrique Munita, founding partner, Munita & Olavarría
Founding Partner, his professional practice includes advising on contractual and corporate matters related to both Individual and Collective Labour Law, at national and international levels. He provides counsel in complex litigation, employee benefit schemes, and stock options. He is a lecturer in Labour Law at various Chilean universities and currently teaches postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, Universidad de Los Andes, Chile. He also serves as Vice President of the Centre for Labour Law Studies (CEDET) and is a member of the Human Resources Committee of ICARE. He has been a speaker at numerous national and international legal conferences. Recognised by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal, and Best Lawyer. He holds a Law degree from the Universidad de Concepción (1990) and a Master’s in Law from the Universidad de Los Andes (2010).

Ingrid Alvarez Lorca began her career as a Legal Counsel in the Litigation Department at Banco Bci’s Legal Division, and subsequently moved into the role of Advisor to the Human Resources Management team. She is currently serving as Head of Labour Relations, responsible for the company’s labour compliance, collective bargaining processes, employment-related litigation, and, of course, the internal whistleblowing channels for employees, currently aligned with the provisions of the Karin Law.
Cristóbal Lea-Plaza, government affairs and public policy manager, Google
Cristóbal Lea-Plaza is the Government Affairs and Public Policy Manager at Google in Chile.
Previously, he served as Public Policy Manager for Amazon.com in Latin America, with a focus on digital policy. He has over 15 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. He began his career at the Communications Secretariat (SECOM) of the Ministry General Secretariat of Government, and later worked in the Public Affairs Department of AmCham Chile and as General Manager of the Chilean Airline Association.
He holds a degree in Political Science, a Master’s in Strategic Communication, and a Master’s in Public Policy from University College London.
Pía Fertilio Olmos, legal and regulatory affairs manager – Chile, Coca-Cola Andina
Pía Constanza Fertilio Olmos is a lawyer from the University of Chile and holds an LL.M. in Sustainable International Development Law from the University of Washington, Seattle, United States, where she was recognized as the best student in her graduating class. Additionally, she has completed various postgraduate diplomas in labor law, environmental law, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic leadership.
Since 2023, she has served as Legal and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Coca-Cola Andina, leading the legal and regulatory aspects of Coca-Cola Andina’s operations in Chile and its subsidiaries. Previously, and for seven years, she held key positions within the company’s legal department. She also worked as an associate attorney at Carey y Cía. and Cariola, Diez, Pérez-Cotapos & Cía., specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, mining law, and capital markets.
In 2022, she was recognized by Leading Lawyers as one of the most influential lawyers in the Public and Corporate Affairs (in-house) category.

Jaime Benavente, legal director, DHL Chile
He is responsible for the legal department, specializing in corporate law, governance, litigation, labor law, and regulatory compliance. He has more than 18 years of experience in logistics and transportation, supporting DHL’s operations in Chile and other Latin American countries. Previously, he served as legal counsel for Latam Airlines and Bhif América Seguros de Vida.
He currently teaches commercial law at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Autonoma de Chile. He holds a law degree from Gabriela Mistral University and a Master’s degree in Economics and Management for Lawyers from the same university.
Ignacio Mujica, partner, VGC Abogados
Partner at VGC Abogados where he leads the environmental litigation team, primarily implementing and developing defense strategies and litigating in courts. Attorney from Universidad de Chile. Master of Laws from Yale Law School. Diploma in International Humanitarian Law from Universidad de Chile and Army War Academy. He works as a professor at the Legal Clinic of the Universidad de Chile Law School. He began his career in the “Human Rights Program” of the Ministry of Interior and Public Security. He then conducted research and publication work for the Yale Law School Human Rights Clinic and subsequently worked as an attorney at Human Rights First, New York.
Diego Ledermann, associate, VGC Abogados
Attorney from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Certificate in Compliance, Ethics and Self-Regulation in Companies, Trade Associations, Foundations and Corporations from the same institution. At VGC Abogados, he is part of the criminal litigation team. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a compliance attorney at Barros, Silva, Varela & Vigil, Alta Batalla Costa Rica and Baker & McKenzie Chile Abogados.
Ana María Reyes Roco, attorney, environmental law specialist, AES Andes
Attorney, environmental law specialist, with over 25 years of experience in analysis, evaluation, training, and general advisory services in regulatory matters related to Environmental issues.
In her early career, her role in environmental management processes at Cemento Melón Company stands out. In the public sector, her participation in implementing important regulatory processes in the justice sector is noteworthy. She has worked as a Consultant in the private sector, with notable participation in review, monitoring, and support in both evaluation processes and environmental compliance regarding SEIA and Environmental Enforcement. She has shown leadership in identifying legal requirements and in numerous specific audits of legal requirements compliance, RCA commitments, environmental and sectoral permits for companies across various industrial sectors nationwide. She has worked as a professor at prestigious universities in environmental law and management, among other subjects.
Since 2019, she has been working as an attorney in the Environmental Management department of AES Andes S.A., where she has directly participated in the proposal and review of the Crime Prevention Model, as well as some of the control instruments that the company has been developing to ensure compliance with its model.
