Enrique Gómez Pinzón, executive partner, Holland & Knight
Enrique Gómez Pinzón is the Executive Partner of Holland & Knight’s Bogotá office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, cross border financing and investment, corporate and compliance matters, international arbitration, and project finance, with extensive experience leading some of the most significant transactions in Colombia and across the region.

Sheilla Namen Chavarro, corporate affairs VP, Biomax
She is a lawyer specialised in financial legislation, with a master’s degree in international business and more than 26 years of professional experience. She has held senior legal and corporate leadership roles across multiple industries, served on boards of directors, and brings a strategic perspective combining corporate law, governance, ESG, risk management, and high performance team leadership.

Antonio Docampo, operative director, WOK
Antonio has over 20 years of experience in hospitality and gastronomy. He studied Graphic Design in Caracas, Venezuela, and developed his career in countries such as Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Ecuador, before settling in Colombia. He is certified in the Dale Carnegie method, focused on the development of human skills, as well as in Holistic Science and Economics for the Transition by Schumacher College. He was a high performance athlete, an experience that continues to influence his understanding of discipline and teamwork.

Diego Mora Posada, chief legal officer, Gramalote Colombia
Bilingual lawyer with 17 years of professional experience, 15 of which have been in the mining sector. He has proven knowledge and experience in civil, international, commercial, corporate, and mining law.
He has extensive experience in land management and administration, as well as in land acquisition processes. He has served as a Compliance Officer in multinational companies, leading ethics, transparency, and regulatory compliance programs.

Mateo Rodríguez Borda, general counsel, Juan Valdez Café
Attorney, specialist in Capital Markets, and holder of an LL.M. in Business Law. He has 15 years of experience advising organizations on corporate matters, transactions, and business expansion. He previously worked as an associate at a law firm and as Head of Commercial and Corporate Affairs at the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia. Since June 2019, he has led the Legal Department of Juan Valdez. He is also a postgraduate professor of Corporate Governance and Business Ethics.

Cindy Duque Bonilla, partner, Holland & Knight
Cindy Duque Bonilla is a litigation attorney at Holland & Knight’s Orlando and Miami offices, with more than 22 years of experience in commercial litigation, catastrophic injury, product liability, construction law, and the defense of healthcare insurers. She also advises Latin American companies doing business in the United States.

Inés Elvira Vesga, partner, Holland & Knight
Inés Elvira Vesga is a corporate and transactional attorney at Holland & Knight’s Bogotá office, with a practice focused on international mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, and complex transactions in the energy sector. She has extensive experience advising local and international clients across industries including oil and gas, renewable energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure.
