Emma Millington, head of the Lexis+ finance group, LexisNexis

Emma is Head of the Lexis+ Finance Group at LexisNexis, where she leads the delivery of practical legal insight for finance legal professionals. With deep experience in derivatives, financial services law and market developments, she has helped shape resources supporting lawyers through major regulatory and technological change – including the growing role of AI in legal research and analysis. Emma also contributes to LexisNexis thought leadership exploring how innovation is transforming legal practice.

Stuart Greenhill, director of segment management, LexisNexis

As Director of Segment Management, Stuart leads our work to ensure our propositions add value for all of our Customer segments.

Stuart joined LexisNexis straight from university in 1999 and has since held a range of roles across business analysis, operations, market planning, and strategy, both within the UK and across our global organisation.

Stuart played competitive cricket and football for a number of years but now has to resort to chasing his two Wheaten Terriers around Epping Forest, watching sport and spending time with his wife, daughter and close family.

Dan Guildford, general counsel, FT

Dan Guildford is General Counsel at The Financial Times, where he leads the global legal, compliance and company secretarial team. He is a member of the FT’s management board and regularly provides advice across the C-suite. He led the legal negotiations on the FT’s content licensing deal with OpenAI, one of the first of its kind in publishing, and he has played a central role in shaping the FT’s internal AI policy and governance framework.

Barbara Zapisetskaya, principal counsel (technology), EBRD

Barbara is tech lawyer, accredited mediator, and certified AI governance professional with over a decade’s experience at top global law firms and major banks in the UK and New Zealand. She drafts and negotiates complex tech contracts and builds responsible AI frameworks. She has also co-authored leading publications on AI regulation.

Shanthini Satyendra, vice-chair of the AI committee, society for computers & law, CEO and founder of Manisain

Shanthini Satyendra is a Fellow for Society for Computers & Law (SCL), Vice-Chair AI Committee SCL, CEO and Founder of Manisain. Her practice focusses on the smart adoption of AI – where the law intersects with business. With AI expertise gained as both a lawyer and in a business role scaling AI. Formerly headed the digital legal team at a major bank. Founder member of its executive level AI working groups and chair of its AI Accelerator Group. With 15+ years as a lawyer leading high-stakes (8-figure) digital projects navigating risks many AI projects encounter today. A regular speaker on AI and the law at events such as at the FT Innovative Lawyers Summit 2025 and as a guest lecturer at Said Business School, University of Oxford and King’s College London University. Accredited under Said Business School’s AI, Executive Leadership and Ethics and Regulations programmes and as a Leading IT Lawyer by SCL.

James Morgan, co-general counsel for EMEA, MUFG

James Morgan is a Managing Director and the General Counsel for EMEA at MUFG. He is a Board-level and C-suite leader with over twenty years’ experience as a financial services lawyer. James has been with the bank since 2013. James is an Executive Committee member, a member of the EMEA Management Committee and is Company Secretary for MUFG Securities EMEA plc.

James started his career as a solicitor at the magic circle law firm, Slaughter and May as a banking and finance lawyer, which included significant work advising the UK Government on the nationalization of a number of banks during the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. Before joining MUFG, James worked for NYSE.Euronext as their Legal Director and Citi as a Senior Vice President. James has also worked internationally – on secondment to the law firm Mannheimer Swartling in Sweden and in Amsterdam as the Head of Legal and Governance for MUFG Bank Europe N.V.

James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Bristol University, a Post-graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Oxford University and a Post-graduate Certificate in Legal Technology from the University of Law with a specialist knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Technoethics.

James is a qualified Solicitor-Advocate in England and Wales and is a litigation specialist with higher rights of audience in the UK courts. James is an accredited meditator with qualification from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). James is also a qualified Solicitor in the Republic of Ireland.

James has been published in various publications, and is a regular speaker at industry conferences. In 2024, Legal500 shortlisted James in their ESG Award as “Inhouse Champion of the Year” and in 2025, The Lawyer shortlisted James as “UK General Counsel of the Year”.

Anthony Kenny, assistant general counsel corporate and CBS, GlaxoSmithKline

Anthony Kenny is an experienced General Counsel and business adviser with experience of providing legal, risk management and compliance advice to businesses in all sectors. He has held senior positions within the legal and risk management teams of professional services firms, industry and private practice. He has been at GSK since 2014, before which he also held general counsel roles at Boston Consulting Group and Deloitte.

Russell Davies, global head of operations - legal and compliance, Dentsu

Russell leads operations and technology for global legal and compliance at Dentsu. He specialises in leading data programmes and building decision-making platforms for large, high-profile clients. He was previously head of data strategy at British Gas and also formerly worked at lastminute.com, Telefonica and Accenture.
