Prior to joining CILEX, Jon held senior roles in talent acquisition/development and business consultancy with AMS, Arthur Jackman, and several legal and accountancy firms. He has worked with organisations including Barclays, Nestlé, and multiple nonprofits, delivering training, mentoring and strategic support that consistently drive performance and engagement.
