Ziad is a partner in Dentons’ Dubai office. He is a member of the Corporate practice.
Ziad has broad-based international corporate experience, mainly in the Middle East and Europe. He has advised corporate, private equity and financial institution clients on various domestic and cross-border acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side, including in auction), and joint ventures, in a wide range of industries, as well as on ongoing corporate and securities law matters.
Ziad has also worked extensively in all areas of international capital markets, advising issuers and underwriters in connection with equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings, rights issues and privatizations.
Ziad is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
