Rocio Cordova is an attorney with 17 years of experience in corporate law, mediation and arbitration, intellectual property, contracts and negotiation, real estate, labor, civil law, non-renewable resources and other practice areas.

She has an LLM in finance law, stock exchange and insurance from the Universidad Andina Simón Bolivar in Quito, Ecuador, and an LLM in the law master’s programme from the University of Melbourne in Australia.

As an expert in corporate and contractual matters, Rocio advises multinational corporations on a day-to-day basis and she has participated in many merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, corporate restructuring and corporate governance, and in the negotiation of business contracts.
