Career
Milica Tomić has been a member of the Dispute Resolution team at CMS Belgrade and CMS Podgorica since 2018. She provides invaluable support to the Dispute Resolution team in litigation and arbitration proceedings before national and international courts, as well as at local and international arbitration tribunals.
Milica Tomić advises domestic and international clients on various dispute resolution matters, especially matters related to litigation and extra-litigious proceedings and administrative proceedings before the courts in Serbia and Montenegro, bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings, as well as mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Milica Tomić also advises clients in contentious employment law matters, in particular in disputes with employees.
