Ecuador > Labour and employment

CorralRosales houses a labour practice capable of navigating the country’s latest regulatory developments, advising domestic and international clients on dismissal procedures, administrative proceedings, M&A-related labour issues, restructurings and collective bargaining. Edmundo Ramos stands at the forefront of these efforts, leveraging almost 30 years of experience in the field, backed by senior associate Mateo Zavala, a seasoned litigator active in civil, administrative, constitutional and employment proceedings. Victoria Beltran joined Zavala in the senior associate ranks in January 2023, arriving from Meythaler & Zambrano Abogados, a move to offset the loss of Marta Villagómez, who left in August 2022.
