TozziniFreire’s partner in the Litigation practice, Sofia has extensive experience in Tech Litigation, having assisted some of the most relevant tech companies in matters related to the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Her work comprises all strategic litigation, from civil investigations and public civil actions to leading cases at different national courts.
