Machado Meyer Sendacz e Opice Advogados’ labour group recently assisted Virbac in negotiations concerning the termination of employment of its CEO and the hire of a replacement; and acted for Votorantim Energia in collective negotiations with several labour unions aiming at reducing payroll costs. Other areas covered by the group include immigration, class actions and mass dismissals. Rodrigo Seizo Takano and Sólon de Almeida Cunha are the two partners in the team.
