Responsible for the implementation of the office unit in Luanda, Angola, where he worked as a consultant in international business law for four years, working with project finance formatting, company internationalization, structured investment projects, including transnationals, EPC contracts, alliance contracts, among others. Back in Brazil in 2011, he focused on M&A, formatting and reorganizing corporate and family business groups.
