Career

Craig Rothwell is a Director of CHW and the Head of Litigation department.  Craig represents a very wide range of corporate clients and individuals offering a cost-effective and practical approach striving at all times to obtain the best outcome for the client. He is one of the few specialist employment litigation and personal injury attorneys in Bermuda. His practice generates a substantial volume of employment, labour and discrimination law advice and litigation before the Employment Tribunal and Supreme Court.

Craig is a specialist advocate before the Courts and ris the Chairman of the Permanent Arbitration Tribunal and Essential Industries Disputes Settlement Board adjudicating labour disputes in Bermuda.
