Marcello Portes da Silveira Lobo has over 20 years of experience in advising banks, investors and debtors in finance, partnering, purchase and sale of companies engaging in infrastructure projects, mainly in the oil & gas and energy areas where a multidisciplinary approach and a deep understanding of regulatory complexities are critical. Marcello also acts on regulatory issues, including tariff review and disputes involving commercial contracts and industry legislation.
He was an international associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York (2004–2005).
