Elina Cunha advises domestic and international clients on administrative and construction law matters, both on the litigation (arbitration and court disputes) and on the advisory fronts. Elina concentrates her practice on public procurement and bidding procedures, concessions and EPC contracts, with extensive expertise in the infrastructure area (roads, ports, airports and urban mobility) on complex litigation involving the economic and financial rebalancing of contracts with the public administration and regulatory agencies, administrative misconduct suits, class action suits, and contracts in the heavy civil construction industry.
