Alessandro Pezzolo Giacaglia advises local and international clients from a wide array of industries, both in the litigation and advisory spheres. Focused on competition law and antitrust litigation, Alessandro has expertise in the notification of mergers and acquisitions and other complex deals to the Brazilian antitrust authority (CADE). In addition, he acts in the defense and administrative proceedings involving cartel and other anticompetitive practices, as well as in advisory and internal investigations.
