Daniel’s practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and financing. He is regularly consulted by both foreign and domestic real estate investors and represents several banks/financial institutions and borrowers on real estate financing transactions.

Daniel also acts for clients in the renewable energy and hospitality industries and has experience with developing, buying, selling and financing renewable energy projects (including solar and wind farms) and hotels.
