Career

A recognized problem-solver, Mr. Pardo represents businesses and their executives across a broad spectrum of industries, focusing his practice on the defense of complex employment litigation, high-stakes commercial lawsuits and providing timely and thoughtful preventative advice to his clients.

Mr. Pardo focuses his practice on complex commercial, employment, contractual, and labor matters, particularly in the defense of class and collective actions; wage and hour issues; matters involving race, sex, age, disability, and pregnancy discrimination; wrongful termination; ERISA; RICO; and various state law claims, including wage and discrimination claims under the Massachusetts General Laws. Mr. Pardo also regularly prosecutes and defends business disputes, including in the areas of trade secret litigation and restrictive covenant agreements. He frequently assists employers in responding to administrative complaints and investigations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and various other state agencies, and defends employers in such actions.

Mr. Pardo serves on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee and was named Co-Chair of the Minority Lawyers Subcommittee, which provides him with a platform to assist in the firm’s growing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Mr. Pardo frequently contributes to publications, is quoted in the media and speaks at conferences.
