His experience involves patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs, domain names, know-how, trade secrets, software and geographical indications, as well as unfair competition/passing off matters. Emmanuel regularly assists with drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements ,with a focus on cross-border transfer of technology and/or licensing within the context of national or international transactions for publicly or privately held companies and investment funds. Additionally, he has extensive experience in the protected geographical indication field, particularly with appellations of origin.
