Career

Natalia Sauszyn has significant experience in debt capital markets (DCM) and acts as the Firm EMEA DCM co-chair. She advises clients on structured and plain vanilla debt offerings, EMTN programs, covered bond programs, EuroPPs, U.S. shelf programs, and high yield debt offerings. She also acts for issuers, investors, and banks with respect to private placements and equity-linked transactions.
Natalia also regularly advises such clients on regulatory matters and ongoing securities compliance, including the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive, the Prospectus Regulation, or the Market Abuse Regulation. She also speaks at conferences at the Banque de France on sovereign debt transactions and authoring on innovative sovereign debt instruments as well as on green and sustainable finance topics. Natalia is also very active in digital assets, blockchain and tokenization.

The team handles a steady stream of hybrid and non-standard work requiring the input of the firm’s derivatives and structured finance experts.
