Rémy Fekete has more than 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications, media and information technology (TMT) sectors. His practice focuses on the law applicable to information and communication technology (ICT), media, entertainment, cinema, online content, terrestrial and digital television, and the press in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He advises clients on financing, restructuring, M&A, licensing, concessions, public-private partnerships and international litigation and arbitration in TMT. Rémy and his team are highly recognized as leading the market for regulatory and transactional advice to Sovereigns and private investors. Rémy is particularly active in regulatory and transactional issues concerning digital services, data centers, digitalization of public services, submarine cables, tower and fiber deals, e-government, e-business, cybersecurity, Internet of Things, blockchain, satellite including low-orbit constellations, Fiber to the Home, OTT and other wireless and wireline services.
